The Team Lead - mobile PT will be responsible for leading a global team with special focus on Mobile App security, Detection, Response with a team of analysts,and engineers. You will work closely with the internal product, Technology, Legal and Risk to improve controls and drive impactful change to the team and HighRadius. This position will help build and align to the roadmap and vision of the function and be responsible for delivering them.
The position also requires working closely with senior leadership globally to oversee day-to-day matters, troubleshoot issues, proactively identify new opportunities, and drive initiatives through to completion.
Summary of essential requirements
● 8-10 Years Experience with at least 2 Years experience in managing Information Security Operations Team.
● CISSP or CISM certification is a plus.
● Prior Development experience would be desirable. ●Experience of Conducting Mobile PT
● Proficient analyzing ambiguous problems, compelling communicator with the ability to receive and analyze information; translating security risk to business risk to driving actionable decisions across multiple levels and departments.
● Experience in leading security operations leveraging multiple best practices and frameworks
compliance attestations, and with Legal and Global Risk & Compliance teams on incident handling and policy creation.
●Proficient experience with common network, system, infrastructure, and web application attack vectors and related mitigation strategies that translate to controls within the organization
● With many people doing many things in a fast-moving company, strong organizational skills—both for yourself and for the team—will be required.
● Demonstrated ability to lead global cross-functional groups to achieve a common objective. ● Ability to work vertically and horizontally in a flexible manner.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
● Oversee projects, program delivery, daily monitoring, response; review of cyber and cloud infrastructure, physical infrastructure and the threat landscape to ensure ongoing and continued maturity of the organization's security controls in addition to service support
● Strategize and deliver on immediate and long-term goals through teamwork and high standards while managing budget and resources within the Security Operations program; driving priorities, goals, and objectives that are measurable.
● Drive operational efficiency and excellence leveraging tools, process and automation with appropriate and transparency visibility and metrics that can meet SLAs
●Support and implement controls and visibility to meet third party attestations.
● Balance being collaborative, open, and approachable while still being firm on security policies and in facilitating progress and compromise.
● Provide management and technical leadership to the teams in delivering agreed SLAs and meeting promised deliverables.
● Responsible for new proposals and business development discussions with prospective customers. Work with the Sales team for new proposals.
● Provide true leadership to the teams in both technical and non-technical manners. One should have a very positive attitude and should be able to adapt to the existing culture with ease and a firm believer in success through enablement.
